Different delivery methods available for your maritime container purchase
ContainerCarVault offers you the option of delivery with or without unloading to the address of your choice.

Container delivery with unloading
This delivery method is complete. The carrier delivers to the specified location, using a crane to maneuver the container within 5-6 meters of the vehicle. The container can be installed on a concrete slab, blocks or wedges designed for this purpose. With this option, we take care of the entire process.

Container delivery without unloading
Your order will be delivered to the specified address without including unloading service. It is crucial that you have the necessary logistics equipment, adapted to the type of container selected (such as a forklift, crane or overhead crane, etc.).

Our container delivery times
Except in cases of force majeure or during closure periods clearly announced on the home page of the site, delivery times will be, within the limits of available stock, as indicated below. Delivery times are calculated from the order registration date indicated in the confirmation email.

For deliveries in Spain, the delivery time is 4 to 5 business days, counting from the day after payment of the order by the buyer.
For deliveries anywhere in Spain, please let us know so we can provide you with a specific quote.
In case of delay, the seller cannot be held responsible, whatever the reason. Consequently, the buyer will not be able to claim any type of compensation.

If the requested product is not available, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility to cancel the order. The buyer will then have the option to request a refund of the amounts paid within 30 days of payment, or to exchange the product.

Our delivery conditions

Delivery is only made once payment has been confirmed by the seller’s bank.

The supply is made within the period provided for in the previous paragraph, from the receipt by the seller of the order.

Any delay of more than 1 month may result in the cancellation of the sale. In that case, any advance or payment made when placing the order will be returned to the buyer.

In case of non-compliance with the previous payment conditions, the seller may suspend or cancel the sale.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form, and the buyer must ensure that this address is correct. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. The buyer can, if he wishes, have an invoice sent to the billing address and not the delivery address, validating the option provided for this purpose in the order form. If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox, allowing the buyer to pick up the package at the indicated location and time.

If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, broken or opened, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If the products are damaged, the buyer must reject the package and record a reservation on the delivery note (package rejected because it is open or damaged).

The buyer must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature any anomaly related to the delivery (defects, lack of product with respect to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.).

This verification will be considered carried out once the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.

The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter no later than two working days after receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter to the seller at the address indicated in the legal notices of the place.

If it is necessary to return the products to the seller, their return must be requested from the seller within 14 working days of delivery. No claim submitted after the deadline will be accepted. Returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). In case of error in delivery,
the buyer must notify the seller on the day of delivery, or no later than the first business day following delivery. delivery, any claim for error in delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or quality in relation to the information provided in the order form. Any claim made outside this period will be rejected.

Any claim that is not submitted in accordance with the rules established above and within the established deadlines will not be taken into account and will exempt the seller from all liability towards the buyer.
Once the claim is received, the seller will send an email to the buyer to exchange the product(s) in question. The exchange of a product can only be made after sending this email.
In case of error in delivery or exchange, any product that must be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging, by registered mail, to the following address: C. Olmeda, 56, 30560 Alguazas, Murcia, Spain .

Return costs will be borne by the seller.
